Yielders requires two types of document in order to approve you as an investor and validate your account. These are 1. Proof of Identification and 2. Proof of Address. The exact type of documents depends on whether you will invest from the UK, the EU or internationally. Please see below the types of documents we can accept.
The UK
Proof of ID:
Valid UK Passport
Valid UK Driver's License
Proof of Address:
Utility Bill such as electricity/gas/water/council tax dated in the last 3 months
Bank statement dated in the last 3 months
Tenancy Agreement with a future end date

The EU

PLEASE NOTE, due to anti-money laundering policy, we do not accept the onboarding of users residing in and/or are nationals of:
Afghanistan, Bahamas, Bosnia Herzegovina, Botswana, Cambodia, North-Korea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guyana, Iran, Iraq, Laos, Uganda, Pakistan, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Trinidad-and-Tobago, Tunisia, Vanuatu, Yemen.

*Please note that any of the above proofs of addresses requires to show the full name, full address and the date, which requires to be within the last three months of signing up.
*Please ensure that the copies/photos are clear, i.e. not cut from the sides or unreadable due to flashlight or darkness. For proof of ID, please ensure the full passport/ID page is visible by placing it in the middle and ensuring it is within boundary. See example below:
